You can wipe cache of your Redmi 1s phone by rebooting it in recovery mode by following few steps below (but be careful in selecting option so that your other data does not get lost) :

Power OFF your Redmi 1s phone.

Press Power button + Volume Up button simultaneously for a few seconds until mi logo comes. It will bring the phone in recovery mode and the Language option will be highlighted.

In recovery mode, use Volume Up and Down button to navigate and use the Power button to confirm your selection of the option. Select English or Chinese as your language whichever is comfortable for you.

Now, select Wipe & Reset option from the MAIN MENU.

Then, select Wipe User Data option from Wipe & Reset Menu.

Select YES.

After a few seconds, it will show Cache wipe completed.

Select Back.

Select Power OFF option from the MAIN MENU.
